We are a group of re-creationists who are located in or near Columbia, SC in the USA. We welcome new members who are curious about life in the middle ages and Renaissance.
We call ourselves re-creationists because we do not re-enact actual battles or historic events from the middle ages.
What we do is recreate the atmosphere of the middle ages and Renaissance by adopting the customs and hobbies that were practiced during that time period. We cook medieval food, dance medieval dances, play medieval music, fight with sword and shield, anything that you can think of that people would have been doing before 1600AD.
We welcome you to join us and see what life was like in the middle ages.
